Job Context:
MNA Composite is looking for a highly skilled, dynamic, and result-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate must be capable of working efficiently under high-pressure factory environments and act as the primary bridge between our international buyers and production units to ensure smooth order execution.

Factory Address: Doshaid Bazar, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.

Workplace Environment: On-site (Full-time factory based).
Key Responsibilities:

Buyer Communication: Follow up with international buyers daily regarding order status, sample approvals, and production updates.

Order Execution: Manage the entire order cycle, including product development, costing, price negotiation, programming, and tracking production timelines.

Material Sourcing: Coordinate with the procurement team to source yarn, fabric, trims, and accessories at competitive prices within the requested timeframes.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Planning, Cutting, Sewing, and Quality teams to ensure bulk production matches approved buyer samples (Tech Packs).

ERP & Documentation: Maintain accurate order sheets, consumption files, and update daily/weekly shipping status in the factory ERP system.

Shipment Monitoring: Ensure all production processes meet compliance standards and final goods are ready for on-time delivery.
Job Requirements:

Education: Graduate from a reputed institution. Candidates with a Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing / Garment Technology background will get preference.

Experience: 6 to 7 years of solid, hands-on experience in garments merchandising (Knit/Woven composite garments environment).

Professional Skillset: Must be highly skilled in costing calculations, consumption analysis, and possess an advanced understanding of fabric/trims quality parameters.

ERP Knowledge: Hands-on experience working with industry-standard ERP systems for order tracking and material management is preferred.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
